Do you remember when you were a kid and you thought you could do anything?
Well guess what – You still can do anything!!!
The video below shows the attitude and thinking of kids and why we should go back in time and think just like one.
Children have imaginations without limits. They create images in their minds, anything that is needed to overcome the obstacles, so their story turns out exactly how they want it to; they are always the hero of the day. They don’t understand about possibilities, whether if something is practical or even if something is a reality, they just create. That’s the exact kind of attitude we all need to take!!!
Enjoy the short video.
Life is 85% attitude and 15% aptitude. Yes having the natural ability to do something is important, but the most important factor is “Attitude”.
Various researches have shown that most successful entrepreneurs share certain personal attributes such as creativity, determination, leadership, passion, dedication, flexibility and also self-confidence.
But as an entrepreneur and an individual who wants to grow and succeed you absolutely must have a good attitude approach.
One of the weaknesses of the employee mindset on the other hand, is that the employee will only do “just enough” to please their employers, because the employers will only pay them “just enough” for them to keep their job, creating a never ending vicious cycle. If you are an employee then you know exactly what I am talking about, especially if you work for a large organization where the employer has lost that “personal touch” with the employees.
It is easy to be captivated by the promise of entrepreneurship and the lure of becoming your own boss; however it is not as easy as you might think. If it were easy then everybody would be an entrepreneur. However saying that, the rewards can be surreal, not only on the financial side, but as the kind of character you develop into.
Are you willing to take the advice from the video you just saw and “seize the opportunity to create the job you always wanted”?
